Running, MTB, swimming: whatever is the discipline, sport is your passion and every opportunity is right to participate in a race. And, this spring, on the Elba island are scheduled five major sporting events among which you will surely find your favorite.
This is a very special race race. Because, on the occasion of the 2018 edition of the Miniera Trail, you will have the chance to run in “lunar” landscapes: those of the mining area of Rio Marina, whose panoramas are simply unforgettable. The mine in trail also provides a non-competitive specialty.
Marina di Campo will be the starting point of the race for excellence, even on the Elba island: the 2018 Marathon will be divided into a classic marathon, half marathon and 10 kilometers, so you can choose your favorite specialty. To these three, there are two non-competitive races, namely Nordic walking and Family run.
If your passion is MTB, then you have found the event that you really can not miss. The Capoliveri legend cup 2018 will be divided into three specialties, different in length and difficulty: Marathon, Classic and Eco-friendly pedaling. Whatever will be your choice, you will always have the opportunity to test yourself and pedal surrounded by the beautiful nature of the island.
Running between single trek, forest roads and unforgettable views: this is effectively described Elbatrail 2018, four different specialties to run discovering places of Elba really suggestive.
When it comes to the most demanding sporting specialty, triathlon is probably the first to come to mind. And the IronTour 2018 will be the only stage Triathlon event in Italy. Moreover, in the five days of the event, you will pass through some of the most beautiful places on the Elba island, such as the beach of Lacona, Portoferraio and the beach of Naregno.
