Ho to prepare:
- The evening before, melt the stick of yeast in a glass with warm water. Add 100g of flour, mix everything, cover with a cloth until next day.
- The next day, put the rest of the flour on the pastry board.
- Add dried fruit, raisins, oil, the glass of Aleatico, the glass of alchèrmes and the yeast.
- Knead. This takes a bit ‘of time because the dough should be soft and smooth.
- Oil the baking tray. Now, roll out the dough on the baking tray. Distribute pine nuts over the entire surface.
- Bake at 180°C for 40/45 minutes.
