Ferry ticket delivery
Valid Elba ferry boarding tickets that have been booked can be delivered in two ways; in fact, in step three of the booking process, you will be asked to choose between the following options:
– ticket delivery via e-mail – at no additional charge
– ticket delivery by post – for an additional charge
For convenience, speed, and inexpensiveness, delivery via email is the default method. However, in some rare cases, depending on problems with the type of ticket and/or the shipping company, it may not be possible, even this option was offered and selected in the booking stage. In this case, we will advise the customer on a suitable alternative solution.
In some cases, the options are limited for practical reasons; for example, ship tickets cannot be delivered by post if the date on which the ferry tickets for Elba are booked is too close to the date of the journey. In such cases, in order to protect the customer who booked the ferry tickets from not receiving them in time, sending ship tickets by email is preferred.
Tickets booked for the first route departing from the port of Portoferraio (Island of Elba) can be collected from our offices at no additional charge, subject to confirmation of office opening hours by phone.
