Payment of bookings on Elba Ferry Reservations are made on a secure connection with a https protocol using the payment server of the CR, Infogroup. This system is specially designed to prevent any attacker intercepting a credit card number via the Internet. Credit card details are not in fact sent to Elba Ferry Reservation but to a secure server that handles the transaction between banks. Thus no one can find out credit card information. Elba Ferry Reservation is only aware of the outcome of the transaction. Booking your ferry to Elba can thus be performed safely.

On line payment is currently available for Visa and Mastercard.

Warning!! for some months when shopping on-line using these two cards a new safety procedure has been activated. This makes a record of the customer number (found on your card statement) to be associated with the credit card and a password chosen by the card holder. Registration, for anyone who has not done so yet, takes a matter of seconds, you need your customer number (found on your credit card statement).

The payment procedure will be as follows: once you have finished the Elba ferry reservation, you will be redirected to https secure area where the transaction will take place. Enter the credit card number, enter the security code on the back of the card (usually the last numbers on the right on the back of the card); enter the expiry date of the card and click "confirm".

In the next screen, enter your password or register (if you are not already registered).

Now the transaction has been completed. You will receive your ticket as you have requested.
