How to book Elba Ferry

There is a very simple procedure to book your ferry ticket to Elba or to check timetables or prices.

Our system is directly connected to the shipping companies’ reservation systems and thus conducts a search in real time giving the result of actual availability for cars and passengers at various times of the day.

Using the booking screen of Elba Ferries Reservation simply choose the date and the route (Piombino-Portoferraio to Elba, Portoferraio-Piombino from Elba) and click "search."

Now a window will appear with ferry timetables for the different companies with a symbol showing the availability of places for cars, motorcycles and passengers. The right-hand column displays the cheapest rates (and also any special offers) for a car of up to 4 meters and one passenger. This way you can compare all the crossings and see which have the lowest price.

Once the crossing is selected by clicking on a single journey for both the outward and return trips you will be taken to a window where you insert the number of passengers and type of vehicle. When booking a car, just choose the type of car to be transported from the list. Do the same for the return trip which can be easily done using the handy copy tab.

Continuing on the next screen enter the personal details of the passengers and the car license plate, also enter details of the person making the reservation. Italian clients can also take out a cancellation insurance so that in the event of a cancellation reimbursement of cancellation fees enabling you to organise what you spend.

At this point it is sufficient to choose how you receive your tickets, and confirm. Once you click "confirm" you will be redirected to the server to pay by Visa and Mastercard on a secure https connection guaranteeing safe purchase with your credit card.

Your reservation is complete and your Elba ferry ticket will be delivered according to the way chosen. If e-mail delivery was chosen, during office hours, you will receive the tickets within minutes.
